Kerkveld

This is a cemetery in the city where I live. It is a very old cemetery with stone slabs from the early Middle Ages. There once was a church on this small hill in the middle of the new city, but it was demolished and only the base of the church tower still stands and now acts as a small sort of mortuary (don't know the English translation of the Dutch word).
