These are a couple of stairs in the Louvre, Paris. I regret that there isn't very much to see in the picture, it's just that I like the marble stairs and the architecture of the whole interior of the building. It gives some kind of unique perspective I guess..

I disagree with you there, I think there is a whole lot to see in this picture. Looking at the marble details and almost unrealistic perspectives would have been interesting enough, but if you look closely you can see a woman in black checking her cell phone. It is like she completes the picture, like she is part of the interior, as if the building would not be complete without her. I really, really love this shot, mainly because of that dark woman sitting in het light corner.
I prefer this one over the black and white version, because of the faint blue glow the marble seems to have, which you cannot see in the black and white of course.
